The Challenge
A regional clinic network needed a custom telehealth portal that not only facilitated secure video calls but also reduced administrative overhead by automating post-visit clinical notes safely.
The Solution
We constructed a scalable WebRTC video conferencing layer wrapped in a secure React portal. We integrated real-time audio processing and a custom NLP pipeline to automatically generate structured clinical notes, utilizing strict encryption to ensure no protected health information was retained in external logs.
